i had issues with the room it was not properly clean and it had an unpleasant smell i did not find it comfortable the staff did not seem very helpful or understanding when i spoke about my concerns i had expected a better room considering the price

The staff was supportive and the food was good. i found the premises neat and clean. Everything was perfectly managed. i appreciated the big building with a mall adjacent. It had a huge reception area. i was grateful for the great view of the water.

I noticed the bathroom did not have body wash after we checked in. I had to call a few times.

The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby areas.

The room I received had furnishings that seemed quite outdated. Cleanliness was also an issue. It did not meet the standards I expect. Breakfast options were limited and not of great quality.

the lobby was beautiful. the shopping center connected to the hotel had various stores including a supermarket and a coffee shop. my room featured both slippers and bathrobes

separate bath amazing pressure unfriendly assistant eye contact

I really enjoyed the size of my king room. it included a separate bath and shower. The water pressure was amazing!!!
